There are two types of control units: AT-1 and AT-JR. The AT-1 will control up to 120 feet of Agritape on a
20-amp service line. An adjustable thermostat has a bulb sensor with a 3-foot lead and an 8-foot cord. A light
indicates when the heaters are on. There is a ground wire to connect to the screen that will provide system
ground. Four receptacles are provided to plug in heaters. More can be added by using a 20-amp rated plug-in multi-outlet (not provided). An attractive brushed aluminum finish and quality components assure years of service.
Grounding Screen Uncoated aluminum mesh screen is available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-foot widths. A wider screen spanning several side-by-side tapes makes a better work surface than several 1-foot tapes. One ground connection will suffice for the screen. A ground screen is necessary for a safe installation. Agritape Heaters We stock standard lengths of 10, 12, 16, 20, and 25 feet. Custom lengths can be ordered in any length up to 25 feet. Prepackaged kits consisting of heater and screen are available in 4-foot and 10-foot lengths. These are "Agritape Heat Mat Kits." |
